What we collect
- Contact form data. The name, email address and message you send us, used only to reply.
- Newsletter email. If you subscribe, your email address, used only to send the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any email.
- Basic analytics. Aggregated, non-identifying data about which pages are read, used to decide what to write next.
What we do not do
- Sell or rent your personal information.
- Run affiliate tracking or commission links.
- Ask for health information, and we would rather you did not send any.
Cookies
We keep cookie use to the minimum needed to run the site and understand aggregate traffic. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies at any time; the site works without them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing — which, as above, we do not do. Requests go through the contact form.
Third parties
Hosting, email delivery and analytics are provided by third-party services that process data on our behalf. External sites we link to have their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
